Vfs south African a disgrace

It's unbelievable that the South African government uses vfs ,we are treated like animals we have to wait in long queues outside the building, the security personnel is extremely rude and disrespectful,why do we have to even pay for this? When was Home affairs this never happened, frustrating ridiculous it's not on ,I appeal to the South African government to cancel this services asap rather use the home affairs office,I'm sick and tired been coming to vfs multiple times always ******* service,I'm in Cape town.
