VFS South Africa Online Form Website Unresponsive

I have major issues with the VFS South Africa website. I have been trying to complete the online application for a permanent residence permit for my husband and I to no avail. For my application, the website refuses to go beyond the 1st page as it is unresponsive every time I click save and continue. My husband managed to navigate to the second page but cannot also proceed as he cannot add previous addresses or save and continue with the one address line he's able to enter. I have no idea what's wrong with the website as I have logged on off several times, restarted the computer, used 2 different computers. I'm at my wits' end. We need to complete the applications so we can file for the permit.
