VFS in South Africa are ******* and ********* and they will be reported as such. 2 years later I have not seen my refund, customer service is useless and keeps sending automated response referring me to someone who knows nothing about my refund and her mailbox is full and not accepting new messages as of 2 days ago! I will not leave it and let you keep my R1000 VFS. You will be reported.
