VFS should change its name to Global Disaster

Being in South Africa for 9.5 years. I have had a constant headache of visa troubles. I first left SA due to a family emergency. I was in Johannesburg but my visa was supposedly in Cape Town. I flew 3 times as I was told it was there. Only on the 3rd attempt I managed to obtain my visa. Prior to that, leaving the country in such a hurry, I was issued with a 5 year ban that took me 4 months to have overturned. I then had to start the process again. 4 plus years down the line my application for permanent residence has not been granted. To extend my visa will now take a further 10 weeks. My current visa will run out before that so I have to leave the country. To add insult to injury, I have also been issued visas that were expired before they were issued. So now after laywer fees and the useless VFS, I'm forced to leave. I have paid lawyers, I have stood in cues for endless hours and now I have to leave my family once again.
