VFS shambolic application process.
How are you meant to achieve a result with VSF's unreasonable process of applying for a ZEP? The website does not function, the helpline is totally ineffective and offers no reference number and emails are returned. I have filled out the application forms, paid the money and for over a week have been trying to book an appointment with no success. When all the faults lie with VSF why is it MY problem to keep trying to book an appointment. Your systems are faulty - FIX THEM. With each hour that I spend trying to make an appointment my frustration grows. VFS is a disgrace. You have my money, I want an appointment - SIMPLE
