VFS Service so pathetic

I have been trying to get my refund from VFS Global for many months to no avail. They ask you to fill in a refund form and that's it, you don't hear from them again. If you follow up with them, they either continuously ask you to fill the same refund form or just ignore your emails. So far, I have lost over R12 000 to VFS Global since I started dealing with them and it seems the Refund thing is a hoax its nonexistent. The service is so pathetic and disappointing for so called big entity like VFS Global.
