VFS service revolting...stop acting like you are doing us a favor

I app**** for a ZEP permit in October 2017 and up to now there is nothing from your side...I have friends that app**** in January 2018 and they already have their permits...its a struggle at work, banks and every places that require your identification....it is really frustrating that noone cares to update worse now people that app**** after me already have their permits....Charge more money for applications because your services are pathetic and your Midrand centre is filled with people that are angry half the time....ubsurd!!!
