VFS say they don’t have my visa but consulate sent it on Monday

I app**** for my Visa to Portugal on the 16th of May in Pretoria. I have not received any communication or whatsoever from VFS. I emailed the consulate they said my visa was sent on Monday but VFS say they don’t have it. I am supposed to leave on the 27th and my visa is no where to be found and I don’t know what to do.
