VFS ripped me off! Refuses to give me my refund!!
I submitted my refund application on the 18th of December 2017 and I was informed that it would take 30 working days. I have not heard from them since. I have been in contact with a Mr Willie Stephens however, the last time he responded to my emails was on the 21st of December 2017.
I'm very disappointed with their services and I am seeking legal advise because this is nonsense!
