VFS REVIEW IS A ****!!

VFS refund us a ****... I app**** for a CSV visa. I was told at Rivonia that I filled the wrong application form. I filled out the Refund form. Went back after 30days and was asked to come back again. Next time I Went, I was told my refund Application cant be found in their system???. I had to forfeit R2870!! It's heartbreaking. VFS services are pathetic. They verified my payment but can't suddenly find my refund application on their system. Why??? Sibusiso at counter 1 in VFS Rivonia did the Refund application for me. VFS stop ******** people. You can print your bank statement to verify all payments and refund people. Your services sucks!!!!
