VFS review
App**** for Permanent Resident 14 months ago and till now no update. Twitted on homeaffairs, called customer care numerous times, called VFS and they all says same we will escalate and get back to you. you wait for them to get back but funny they dont bother to contact you or email you with an update. it is frustrating. VFS does nothing after collecting the application. HomeAffairs says check with VFS and VFS says we been waiting on HomeAffairs. Is it rocket science deal with these things?
