VFS Refund policy is a total ****

if there star less than one I will gladly give it to VFS Global in South Africa because they just derive pleasure in reaping foreigners off. I don't blame them Kudos to Zuma and the likes for giving them the power. How do you keep charging penalty fees and administration fees on refund when you require another full payment to be done before refunds can be attended to. Shame on you VFS Global.
