VFS Refund is pathetic

<p>I have been trying to get a refund from VFS Global South Africa since 19 July 2016 and up till now they have refused to refund me. I have made several calls to the customer service number uncountable times and they will tell me to scan and send them my refund form documents that they will forwaarding to account department for payment. But at the end i will receive nothing in my bank account.</p> <p>I am tired of making calls to VFS Customer Service wasting money for calls, so i have decided to bring the matter here for you to look into it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Patrick Lambart.</p> <p> ********** 042</p> <p> </p>
