VFS REFUND
I paid R1755 in January for a proof of permit application and could not get to schedule submission of my application. I requested for them to allocate my payment so I could schedule to no avail. I then paid R 1855 in February and managed to schedule my submission. I have been seeking for repayment of my R1755 ever since and no one is responding to my emails.
