VFS PROVING UNRELIABLE

I wrote on this platform with a complaint two weeks ago and i got a response from vfs assuring me that my matter will be sorted out. Even tried calling their offices and i was told to track my application online. Everytime i track it it gives me a different date on when my application was submitted to DHA. I am deeply unhappy about the whole case. Submitted my application mid December but the people who submitted after me already have their permits. Even those who submitted on the same day received their outcome two months ago. These has made our lives very difficult especially when it comes to travelling with our kids.<br> <br> Right have a journey in 2 weeks time and have to start thinking on who i can leave my child with, which is very unsafe and worrisome for any parent. The only problem is why did VFS assure me tthat by last week Friday 12/06 i will have my outcome both me and my husband.<br> <br> Very angry and concerned with the system
