Hello - Pretoria branch

I app**** with VIP service on 3rd May 2023 - and waited four hours to be helped (whilst pregnant) despite having a 10am booking.

The people in the normal line were all helped faster than us in VIP. My colleague app**** a day before me - and has received her visa on 8th May yet I am still waiting for feedback. What are we paying for?

So frustrated and I am being told there is nobody who can help!
