VFS PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I submitted my application at Vfs Durban on the 9th of October, had to fill a new form due to mistake and had to pay another processing fee and get the refund of initial payment I made.<br> All forms was signed and was told 30 days, it's going to 60 days now.<br> <br> Why is it difficult to refund people back their money ?<br> <br> Why does it take so long?<br> <br> Please I need my money back ASAP.
