VFS Pathetic Service

I had a terrible experience with VFS Pretoria, the lady who served me was the most unhelpful arrogant person I have had the experience of interacting with, and she even tried to serve some people who came after me- spent a good few hours there. I also wish they could also improve their communication on the website where they advise the premium lounge service which is not active
