VFS not reliable

I app**** for a ZSP on 6/11/2014 and i haven't received my permit 18 weeks later. The turnaround time is supposed to be 8 weeks. When i track my application online i get 2 alternating results. The other one reads \Application has been forwarded to DHA on 11/6/2014"and the other one reads \""Application has been forwarded to DHA on 11/12/2014\"". It was only on 17/12/2014 that i received an email stating that my application had been dispatched to DHA. My question to VFS is Why do i get different results every time i track my application and WHEN EXACTLY WAS MY APPLICATION FORWARDED TO DHA?<br> When I call the Call Centre no one can give me information about my application"
