Vfs not refusing to refund

Again and again VFS is refusing to refund us our money since April this year we even had to go to the offices in rivonia with the hope that we will get assistance needed to get our refund back. But even there the staff along with the manager seemed to pay no regard or attention to our plight, but instead made us fools sending us from one office to another. Finally when we got someone to assist, a lady by the name Dimakatso told us to resubmit our refund online with the promise that we will be refunded within 20 working days. It is now September and we are still waiting for that money and when we call following up the progress we are told to communicate with Dimakotso who assisted us with the submission. We have not had any feedback or reply from her. It is really pathetic and unprofessional that such a high profiled company such as this, would want to ***** from the masses and take advantage of them. It was easy receiving our money so why should it be a mission to get it back. Just stop ******ing people and deal honestly with them.
