VFS NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY SINCE JULY 2019

This company is dishonest. I posted a review on hello Peter and a person by the name Violet Jaure tried to call me but I was in a meeting. I sent her emails afterwards and she never responded. The credit office requested that I refill the online form with all documents required. I did and I never heard from them. Iam in disbelief that such an organization hasn't been refunding me since July 2019. VFS may I please have my money back.
