VFS not refunding money for a cancelled application

Vfs Global is not refunding my money since February 2021. I had app**** for a VISA and when i went to submit they asked me to change the category which i did and paid another amount. I then app**** for a refund of the cancelled application. They say refunds take up to 30 working days but we are now over 6 months after applying for my refund. When i called and spoke to one of their agents the phone seems to have been ended and i get prompts to rate their service yet i wasn't even assisted. No response to email at all, this very poor service and frustrating
