VFS NOT CARE!!!!!

I am still waiting for my passport. I app**** for my visa to the Netherlands on the 17th of May. I was supposed to travel on the 12th of June but had to pay extra to change my flight to a later date. That date is approaching and no one at VFS wants to help me. I called in twice this morning and both consultants one being Ofentse hung up while I was put on hold. This is really horrible to say the least.
