vfs nightmare

I am experiencing the following issue with the changes in the VFS system, please urgently advise me how can i proceed with the renewal of my permit. I hold a Bulgarian passport with a Visitors visa 11.6, i reside in South Africa since 2008 with my husband and our 8 months old daughter.My current permit expired on 26/06/2015.<br> <br> On 20/06/2015 i completed and paid for the online application (TRR***) on the VFS website and as my police clearance was still not processed from the Pretoria head office,i attaced an official Affidavid in respect of awaiting of the document.The Durban VFS office however did not accept the Affidavid and advised me to rather resubmit my documents when the Police clearance arrives.<br> My Police clearance never arrived as it was lost in Pretoria and i had to re apply, therefore i only obtained it in July, 2015 when my permit had already expired for a month.<br> I then rescheduled my VFS appointment for 15/07/15 but was again turned away and told i will now need to supply a Letter of good cause as my permit has expired.I was told by the office to complete a new online application once i get the Good cause letter and provide the payment slip as per the payment with my
