VFS MONEY MAKING

VFS is just a money making scheme! They do Nothing to assist one in getting a visa? We the people are Forced to use VFS. Their online system is very user unfriendly and one has to keep on repeating the steps and than the time has expired it is really a waste of time and money. Vfs says its free and maybe a fee will be charged?? They charge anyway and they can't even assist one properly and Management has no clue if the embassies will grant the visa and they can do Nothing??? Why do we the people have to use this system???? The embassies behave like they are doing the clients a favour and not their job,which is to assist and be there to answer questions.
