VFS MIDRAND - ZEP DELAYS VERY IRRITATING AND ANNOYING - WORSE PART DISCREPANCIES ON THE ZEP PERMITS ISSUED

I have been sent from Home affairs to ZEP Midrand , more than 10 times . I have a ZEP permit on my passport , for my surprise immigration cant pick it up in their system , it considered an invalid permit.

VFS you very , extremely ***********.Why issue invalid permits , that keeps people troubled and stuck at the port of entry.

Secondly , needed a birth certificate for my new born , cant get any , after verification by home affairs , permit is said to be invalid.

Kindly explain how these two parties work , because there is high level of incompetency, delays ,inconveniences just to state a few. Lazy , unkind group of individual not bothered by anything from their clients . We have paid our monies , why initiate something you cant handle. VERY ! VERY ! DISAPPOINTMENT I HAVE MISSED A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE OF YOUR IN COMPETENCES.
