Vfs Lesotho special permit

I'm a holder of LSP. I have been struggling to make Appointment online to submit for visa renewal application since March 2024. There is vfs system ****ch only side regardless of which computer I'm using I just can't. It says Login failed for VAF UserId. I started talking with Bruce Lukhele with emails regarding this issue I was told to change password. When I say password forgotten and the link sent doesn't allow me to click on it because it's black not blue as it has to be. The last time I talked to Lukhele he told me he has told IT department to look into, that's before he ghosted me. Last month I went to PE vfs offices with the hope that I will be assisted, waited for hours thinking they are working on it. When it was their home time they told me they will contact IT department to fix that on the 18th June. I was being helped by the guy names Tsepiso, he tried but it's out of his hands. The last time I talked to him was 3 weeks ago after he has seen that I can't change the password. He said he will ask IT department to print my application so I can go to PE and submit my application. I'm really annoyed with the service I'm getting from Vfs, they don't seem to care to assist me. Who can I contact on management level to help me. I'm supposed to have renewed my visa by now. My bank cards are frozen because my visa has expired.
