VFS just another Home Affairs farce?

<p>We app**** for permanent residence as well as a family visa for my Ethiopian wife. On inspection of the documents, they had an issue with her surname which differed from the way it was presented in her Passport. </p> <p>We had paid the R1350. 00 twice for the application and had to pay again for the new application.</p> <p>We have tried to have the first two cancelled applications refunded for more than 40 days but with no luck. </p> <p>It cost a small fortune to apply for a permit but a refund is a mountain of problems. </p> <p> </p>
