VFS is impeding on my right to appeal my application within 10 days as stipulated by the law

On the 6th of August I went to VFS in Rivonia to make an Appeal for my Permanent Residence Permit. The appeal is supposed to be made 10 days after I receive my letter however I was advised by the manager Ms Thulisile Khambule that I could not submit and that i must return on the Friday the 10th of August. On the 10th of August I returned and I met Mr Vincent Kojana who rudely advised me to go away as they cannot assist me. His reasons where that the computer has given me a date for the 29th. I told him that I cannot accept that because the law says I must appeal within 10 days. He then asked the man who was in charge on the day Mr Mpho Shabalala who blatantly refused to help. All I wanted and explained to them is that I just need an official letter from VFS taking responsibility to say they are the reason I cannot submit my appeal on time and they wont do so. as it stands i fear that my failure to submit my appeal on time will negatively impact the final decision. I have a right to appeal within 10 days but VFS is impeding on my right to do so.

I am appalled at the rudeness of the two above mentioned gentlemen.
