VFS IS A ****. I WANT MY MONEY

VFS is a ****. I want my money. I have been calling daily for the past 3 weeks on my refund status and you tell me l must wait for feedback. I worked for this money and l need my refund.

I went to vfs Rivonia yesterday 5 Feb to submit for proof of permanent residence for my daughter and l was informed that there is no need for that as the PR was issued in Jan 2025. This contradicts the information l received from Home affairs Headquarters (Pretoria) who confirmed that POP is required for application for ID allocation for my daughter.

I was turned back and advised to log a refund. I did attach all necessary documents required for the refund.

I need 100% refund as there is misalignment between vfs & Home affairs. I WANT MY MONEY
