VFS horrible service and ruining peoples lives

I am appalled by the lack of communication and urgency from VFS, they don't care about this serious applications that affect our lives in a big way, I app**** for my TRP at 30th June 2023, it is now August 2024 and I have not heard anything form them. I visited the office to check in person and the man showed no concern but was rude and didn't even listen to us, just told us to go check the status online. When I call I get the same thing. No reason whatsoever why this is taking so long. Our lives are standing still because of these papers and we can't do anything about it. We have done our part but VFS is making our lives difficult. How long do we have to wait for approval really???????????????THIS IS SO AGGRAVATING. If I could I would give it - stars
