vfs global unhelpful service

<p>vfs global</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very happy when the department of home affairs decided to enlist services of</p> <p>Vfs global to deal with permits. In the past we had a very bad expirience with home affairs and my guess was that Vfs will be very better if not best. How wrong was i, i recently tried to call vfs LSp line. The Line keeps cutting itself, it is impossible to get through to the operator. I tried the line with different phones thinking it was my phone that was faulty. I eventualy went to vfs offices in Bedfordview only to find the place without electricity, mind you i travelled from the Vaal to Bedfordview. And now am struggling telephonicaly with them. i tried their main helpline but they are also helpless all they do is to give me the vfslsp line which is useless. I am really dissapointed with vfs they dont even have an alternative number to help their customers.</p> <p> </p>
