VFS Global The worst but the only

The worst service every. We pay VSF for service but dont get any support. When VSF they just say we need to check with VSF

See below my problem and no support

My wife, who is from Ukraine, needs to travel overseas to support her mother, who needs assistance due to the ongoing war. She will only be gone for a month, but we have a seven-year-old daughter who cannot be without her mother for too long. We have exhausted all avenues to obtain the necessary PRP and TRR Visas but have not had any luck. We had a short contact with Nomzamo Edwana, who advised us to send our police clearance again, which we did, but we have been waiting to receive communication from her for months.

My wife can leave the country but must return with a visa. Due to the war, she cannot apply for a permit to return. Please help me obtain her PRP (We have been waiting since October 2018) or TRR (We have been waiting since June 2022).
