VFS GLOBAL SUCKS !!!!

Worst service ever !!!! Only open for 3hrs four days a week. Husband and wife have to make separate bookings for overseas travel but no slots available for the following 2 months. One can only phone Pretoria and not Cape town branch where i am trying to get a slot. The contact no on the internet does not exist . They suggest for the two of us to fly to either Durban,Pretoria,Jhb which by the way also dont have open slots.The bookings can only be done online.They do agree that there website are giving problems. Our plane tickets are booked for mid April but according to them your own problem. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff !!! VFS GLOBAL CONTACT NO : ***
