VFS Global South Africa terrible service

The VFS website does not allow you to print the application form that must be submitted at their offices. Also required to get a certificate form DoL. Tried to phone the helpline. Must listen to a repeat of the information available on the website for 20 minutes (totally unnecessary) and when call goes trough to operator the line is cut off. Total waste of time. Sent email to VFS -reply I must phone the helpline? Astricous service. Playing with the lives of people. This is an old problem on the VFS site going on for years. No attempt by VFS to rectify
