VFS GLOBAL SA REFUND PROCCESS ****

VFS Global south Africa is the worst that can be. After failing to book an appointment because of a software glitch on their website which I wrore countless emails to resolve to no avail, I finaly made a new application and paid again. This time i managed to book an appointment and I submitted succefuly after a long time. I then filed all the paperwork to them to proccess a refund and they confirmed via email that they recieved all the paperwork. One of their staff members even called to confirm everything but upto now, its been close to four months and the refund has not been proccessed. You try to call their finance department, they tell you straight the only way you can reach them is via email. You write the emails, they just dont respond. You call again, you get the same response as before and nothing happens. This VFS Global south africa should be ilegal because its nothing but a huge crime scene that is taking advantage of other people. I am so ashamed of the services that they give out to the public. Their operators are straight up rude, ts like they dont have time to listen to your stories, sometimes they tell you straight up that they cannot help you. Then you are left wondering if they cannot help you, who else can?
