VFS Global (Refunds section) Bad Service

VFS Global (Refunds Section) is the worst I have ever dealt with regarding refunds. I app**** for a study permit for my daughter under my wife's name as she is the primary care giver. When I tried to pay the first payment did not reflect as successful. I tried the second time and it went through. I later discovered that the first payment had been debited to my credit card but was not allocated to any visa application. That was the beginning of my nightmare with this organisation.

It took months for VFS to do a manual allocation of this payment. After that, I managed to finally provide all the documents and the last response I got more than two months ago was that they were still verifying the documents.

Its almost a year since we made this payment and we are still waiting. I am very disappointed with this organisation. They don't seem to have a proper system for managing refunds except e-mails which they hardly respond to. They also do not seem to have a call centre number, so you just have to wait.

I am very disappointed and still do not know when they will process this refund.
