VFS global refund system is a nightmare!

Am deeply disappointed with the VFS refund system. I app**** for my refund on the second of December 2020, followed up with email on the 27th of January 2021 where I was asked to submit all the documents pertaining to the refund...which I did. Am still waiting for the refund to be processed. This is the second time I have experienced this delay with VFS refund. The first time I only got help after coming onto Hellopeter. Honestly, this is so disappointing!! I always get polite, warm reception and good service at the VFS centers which leaves wondering why the service when it comes to refunds so appalling!...I am now convinced there is more to it than just a delay...
