VFS Global Refund still outsatnding

I app**** for a visa on 27 August 2019 and deposited the money for the Visa via EFT. When I got to the offices of VFS their informed me that they will not accept my EFT payment because of ***** they have experienced in the past. So I made another payment using my credit card. Patience Matjebe from VFS emailed me a refund form which I filled in and sent back with proof of payment on 5 September 20019. To date I have not received my money nor have I received a response from Patience after sending countless emails.

It's been three months and I still have not received my refund.
