Vfs global refund
I was applying for a visa with vfs global only to be told later on i need to apply with the SA embassy. I was promised to get my refund in 30 working days on the 5th of february. After mor than 30 days i called and i was given an email address to send my complain. Still havent got a response. So i called the help line and they could not give me direction. Its one of the worst services i have ever received.
