VFS Global not complying with their own rules

We app**** to have a 90 day visitors visa extended with another 90 days. This is what the website instructions say:

Under documents required: "The application is being submitted in person, no less than 60 days prior to the expiry date of the applicant’s visa and if the visa was issued for less than 30 days, not later than seven working days before the expiry of the visa."

We app**** for a 90 day extension of the visa. Her current visa expired on about 24 April 2022. So we hurried and made sure that we app**** 60 days before the current visa expired.

When we received the extended visa, we were surprised to see that it was issued from 23 Feb until 23 May 2022. Thus her current visa was only extended with about 30 days, costing us all the time and effort and R2000. We expected the extended visa to run from 24 April to about 23 July 2022.
