Vfs Global non refundTR

Vfs Global has failed to refund my money even after the numerous emails I sent to them,with no response. I tried to call them countless only to some extension where it rings with no answer and then it goes to some answering service. When someone answers they are so rude. I feel like I have been **********. Vfs please just refund my money.
