VFS GLOBAL NO REFUND ON ZIMBABWE PERMIT AFTER 60 DAYS Ticket number#41112#
I helped a friend to apply for her Zimbabwe permit because the computer system was so slow and not consistent an error occurred and I paid for the permit twice, so my friend went to the centre in Midrand and filled out the form for the refund on the 10 November was told it would take 30 to 60 days to get the refund but up and till now no refund has been recived, I have called emailed sent documents get no response at all except the standard automated email response. Service is shocking and I want my refund asap
