VFS GLOBAL NO APPOINTMENTS

Been trying to book an appointment with VFS Global for one week now. I will be travelling from Pakistan to UK. I have been trying day an night but the only msg that comes up is due to the impact of covid 19 there are no appointments available. it doesn't give me a time frame when to expect an appointment. i dont know if it is a glitch. There is no number to call they dont replay to emails.
