VFS GLOBAL needs to go!

Unbelievable that a progressive country like Holland uses such a regressive 3rd party visa agency. The website is down most of the time, it is full of bugs and glitches that prevent one from confirming bookings, the waiting time is pathetic (compare to TLS for German Schengen visas), and phone assistance is useless. Wake Up, Holland!! We don't deserve to be treated like this.
