VFS GLOBAL IS USELESS

I recently had a terrible experience with VFS Global. I was trying to book my visa appointment for the last three weeks, but the website made it impossible to do so as it kept throwing out an error message when I wanted to make payment. I called the company several times for them to assist me with my booking, but they gave me every possible conclusion to fix it, and it still did not work. I used different accounts, different devices, and different browsers, yet it did not work. I also did what they asked, like clearing the cache, clearing the cookies, and clearing the tabs multiple times, yet I could still not book my appointment as it did not want to take my payment.

Other than their website being absolutely terrible, the customer service is also bad. There are alternatives for me to email the manager, and when I emailed the manager to explain to him what's been going on, he's questioning me, asking me why I'm trying to book my visa so far in advance, even though my trip is in September, which is two months from now, and he's supposed to know that visa bookings can be unpredictable and take long. After explaining that to him, he still hasn't got back to me with a solution to my problem.

I'm afraid that I won't even get my visa at this point because VFS Global can't even help me out by booking the appointment for me, nor have they gotten back to me with a solution. The lack of customer service and website issues are beyond frustrating. It's not just me who's had a terrible experience, but many other people have also expressed their frustration and dissatisfaction with the company's service. It's unacceptable for a company to have such poor customer service and website issues, especially when it comes to something as important as a visa application.

I hope that VFS Global can improve their website and customer service so that others do not have to go through the same experience. I also hope that they can be more responsive and helpful to their customers, especially when it comes to something as important as a visa application.
