VFS GLOBAL IS NOT PROF

i have made two payment to Global Vfs so far, as my first payment was not accepted by the system because of a bug. I made another payment to Global Vfs. Now after two weeks i am trying desperately to schedule an appointment online but the icon is not working. I have been phoning the pretoria office at *** to speak to a consultant regarding my application and still trying to get an appointment. I keep getting told to re-email proof of payment countless times. No results. I am stressing as i app**** for a temporary residence visa via relative visa major child. My visitors visa ends on the 28th of March 2016. I am fighting an endless battle with Global Vfs.<br> Please Help.
