VFS Global is fast becoming a bully kind of mob with heartless intensions. How does a manager of VFS Global force someone who is submitting a free application to pay R500 to submit the said application via premium lounge. The chase to get money has removed all humanity if there ever was humanity! Rectification means you (the arm of DHA) has made a mistake on my visa. You are still forcing me to take premium lounge at a dusty place served warm water and a drink. You should really be ashamed of yourself. I hope someone reports this Rivonia branch to DHA, as it is broken and is extremely hungry to force people to take premium lounge regardless of their situation. Bottom line over the little guy.
