VFS Global is absolute ****

Shameful service. We've been trying to get an appointment via their online booking portal for NL for more than 3 weeks now. They don't answer their phones and we just get automated responses when emailing. Is there no other option? DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE FROM THEM!!!
