VFS Global Incompetence

After complaining on hellopeter about VFS I received a call from them promising me that they would resolve my issues but to date nothing happened. Almost 2 weeks ago, in the meantime we suffer, I don’t understand why our government should hand over power to such people who are only interested in making money from us and are so ***********. This function should be performed by the government.
